A significant aspect of health and wellbeing is being grounded. There are a range of ways to easily get and stay grounded and many of them include connecting with Mother Earth.

It is because I have loved all that I have done so far: the community members that I have treated and taught; the people that are travelling from far away to learn Reiki, Animal Reiki or one of the other related topics I teach that I am going to launch a Reiki Master course in 2023.
