What is Reiki?
Reiki is a healing modality and spiritual practice from Japan that channels universal energy through the practitioner to the person, animal or plant receiving Reiki.
We don’t have to have a special gift to give reiki to ourselves or others – everyone can learn to do it. But giving a reiki treatment can feel like a gift and receiving Reiki can feel like one of the most beautiful gifts you will ever receive.
